If you are unable to test a student in any current test event setting, there are a number of steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem. 
  • Make sure the student is on the roster, which is assigned to the current test event. If they are not, then you would simply need to add the student to the assigned roster for that event. This should resolve the issue.
  • Check that the student you are encountering issues with is assigned to the correct location and grade. 
  • Finally, you should confirm that the test event has an assignment that covers the students' grade and location. For more information on managing assignments, click here.
