A test event typically occurs once per academic year and up to once per quarter. It is defined by the assessment program (for example, Logramos® or CogAT®), the testing period (usually a season or date range aka norming period), student roster(s), and scores to be reported. Test events contain test assignments.
Test assignments specify grades/levels, test groups. It can also be used to specify a different assignment for another location. Assignments are subsets of an event and required for creating a test session.
Test sessions are set up within the Proctoring Session app in DataManager. Test sessions are used to test the students. The available grades and tests depend on the Test Assignments made. If a grade or assessment is not available, check the test assignment first.
