The student Receives an "Unable to Log-in" Error Message Upon Logging In.
There are two possible reasons for this.
- The student has the wrong Student ID or Session Code: Utilize the student lookup to verify the student information and verify that the session code you provided is correct and current.
- The student is not in the test event roster - Utilize the student lookup to verify the student shows up for the test event. If not, have an administrator add the student to the roster.
