Please see the following guides for troubleshooting students who receive the Unable to Log-In error message.
- The student may have the wrong Student ID or Session Code: Utilize the student lookup to verify the student information. Use this to verify the session they are trying to access matches their grade/level and test group.
- The student is not in the test event roster (see Create a test event) - Utilize the student lookup to verify the student shows up for the test event. If not, have an administrator add the student to the roster.
- The proctor does not have the Test Session open on their DataManager screen. See Begin the Session for more information on starting a session and signing students in.
