Student Logs In to Test But Sees A Different Name

Make sure the student has the correct Student ID and is entering it correctly. Use the option to Print Test Tickets and hand them out to the students. This ensures they are entering the same information each time to log in.

Sometimes a student is entered into the roster under a different Student ID. You can verify the student by utilizing the Student Lookup App in DataManager.
