Student Logs In to Test But Sees A Different Name

Issue
- The student logged into a test session. But upon entering their ID and Session Code they are greeted by a message identifying them as someone else.
Resolution
- Make sure the student has the correct Student ID and is entering it correctly.
- Sometimes a student is entered into the roster under a different Student ID. You can verify the student by utilizing the Student Lookup App in DataManager.
