Time can only be extended when the session is active and still has time left. It is recommended that time is extended at the start of the session. 


  • You need to extend the time for a student or group of students 


  • If you need to extend the time for the whole group, utilize the Extend Time All button.


  • If you need to extend time for a single student, utilize the Clock Icon for that student.


  • If you are unable to extend time or if the session has closed before you could extend time, contact Riverside Technical Support at 800.323.9540
