Riverside Insights Return Policy


Customers can return Orders within 60 days of the invoice date. As long as the following criteria are met.

  1. Overstock items are not eligible for returns.
  2. All returns must be unopened.
  3. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must be acquired before sending a return.


You can obtain an RMA via this link https://riversideinsights.com/support/returns (preferred method), emailing us at [email protected], Or by chatting with one of our Customer Support Agents during business hours. 

  • Credits for returns can take approximately 3-5 weeks.
  • You can use any shipping carrier you prefer. Please note, we do encourage tracking to be used when sending back your items to ensure that your package arrives at us safely.
