When ordering Woodcock-Johnson® IV products (Test Records), you will find many items that come with what is called an ISR. The ISR acronym stands for Individual Score Report. It is the online scoring license that accompanies the booklets.
When purchasing Woodcock-Johnson® IV products that include ISR's, you are receiving a license that allows you to commit the record for scoring and reporting online at riversidescore.com.
Note that the Test Record Forms are sold in packages of 25 along with 25 ISR's. ISR's are not sold separately from the test records. Users who order test record forms may have to wait up to 48 hours after those Test Records ship for the scoring licenses to be added to their account.
