If you would like to make changes to an existing assessment, then there are a number of easy ways to do this.
Step 2 – Once you have located the examinee, you should notice that both the first and last name of the individual is in blue, and when you hover your mouse over it, a hand icon will present.
Step 3 – You can click on either the first or the last name of the individual; this will then take you through to the examinee information page. At the bottom of this page, you will be able to view a list of all the assessments that have been entered.
If the record has been committed you will see "Committed" under Status along with the remaining days left to edit the record before it is locked.
Step 4 – Identify the specific assessment that needs to be edited. Providing it is within the 90-day edit period window, then the examiner will be able to edit anything as required.
Note: You will not be able to change the Test Date. This field is permanent once the record is committed. This is because the date of testing is used to generate your examinee's age and grade placement for normative comparisons.
Step 5 - Click on the name of the assessment to enter the assessment. Make your changes to the document. When your changes have been made proceed to the bottom of the document and select Commit Test Record. This will commit the changes you have made and will make them available for reporting.
Note: Committing a record this way multiple times within the 90 day edit window will not use another license. Once the 90 days are up, you will no longer be able to make edits to the record.
