  1. Visit our public website here.
  2. From the main page, click the 'Login' button at the top of the screen
  3. Make sure you are clicked on 'Online Purchasing' and click the blue 'Shop Online with Riverside' button:
  4. Click the 'Forgot your password?' hyperlink:
  5. Enter your email address in the box provided and click the green 'Reset Password' button:
  6. You will receive a link to the email address entered to click to reset your password.
