How do I reset my password?

- You forgot your password and need to reset it.
- The password you have saved on your browser for our eCommerce ordering site is no longer working.
- Visit our public website here.
- From the main page, click the 'Login' button at the top of the screen
- Make sure you are clicked on 'Online Purchasing' and click the blue 'Shop Online with Riverside' button:
- Click the 'Forgot your password?' hyperlink:
- Enter your email address in the box provided and click the green 'Reset Password' button:
- You will receive a link to the email address entered to click to reset your password.
- If you need further assistance or do not receive your email, please reach out to Clinical Support (For WJ-IV, BDI3 and other individually administered assessments) or Group Customer Support (For CogAT, Iowa or other group administered assessments).
