How to Change Your Account Holder for Riverside Score

To change the account holder of your organization, fill out and submit our online account holder change form:
https://riversideinsights.com/ah_change/riversidescore

Be aware that the current account holder will lose access to the account. The system will transfer any records they entered to the new account holder.

After we receive your form, allow up to five business days for the change to complete. The new account holder will then receive an email with their username and a link to set their password.

Before requesting a change, Riverside Score users should understand the various roles and permissions available for WJ IV, ECAD, WMLS, and BDI-3 products.

BDI-2 users only have the account holder and examiner roles.

Understanding Roles and Permissions

A role is a set of permissions that allows users to perform specific tasks within the Online Scoring and Reporting application. A user with a given role can perform the tasks associated with that role at their level in the organization and below. The following roles are available:

  • Examiner — The examiner is the basic user role. They can add caseload folders, examinees, and test records, enter test scores, and create reports. An examiner has access only to their caseload folders and any caseload folders shared by other examiners or admins.

  • Administrator (Admin) — A user with an admin role has all the capabilities of an examiner and the ability to add examiners and review the caseload folders of all examiners in the organization.

  • Account Holder — The account holder is the primary contact for Riverside Insights and can perform all tasks within the application. They can add examiners and admins, review the caseload folders of all admins and examiners, and view all examinees and test records within the organization. Only one user can hold the account holder role.

Note: Purchasers of WMLS III can assign an optional secondary account holder when they initiate their account. This secondary role has account holder privileges for WMLS III only, while the primary account holder controls all products the organization has purchased (e.g., WJ IV and WIIIP, in addition to WMLS III). Either the primary or secondary account holder can set up and edit building level structures.
