In most cases, the examiner will have entered the examinee into the referrals folder. The Referrals folder resides in the oldest Academic Year. This is easily accessible from the left of the dashboard.
If this does not resolve the issue, then it is possible to use the administration function in order to search for the individual examinee.
If you are still unable to locate the examinee, then you will need to re-enter the examinee and ensure their details are saved correctly.
