Automatic syncing between the Clever and Elevate systems is not yet available and changes made to your roster may not fully propagate through Elevate. Ensure all staff and students are in your SIS and available through Clever first, then perform a manual Clever sync in Elevate no later than 2-3 days prior to testing. Avoid further manual syncing once testing starts.
If you must perform any additional manual syncs to pull in additional staff or students, or if you need to have staff or students removed from the Elevate system, please contact us. We will remove the additional staff and students on your behalf. If testing has already started, download copies of your existing reports first, and then contact Riverside.
