The Elevate platform does not currently support automatic data synchronization with Clever.
If you make changes to the data in your Student Information System (SIS) that is shared with Elevate or directly in Clever, you will need to disable and re-enable the Clever sync from the Elevate administration menu to view these changes.
We are actively working on implementing automatic scheduled syncing and will roll it out as soon as it becomes available. Your convenience is our priority, and we appreciate your patience as we strive to enhance your experience with Elevate.
