For organizations that placed an initial order for a clinical product that uses Riverside Score:
A welcome email will be sent to the individual that the organization has designated as the Account Holder once the item ships from our warehouse. The account holder is the primary contact for Riverside Insights™ and can perform all tasks within the application. Note that the welcome email may land in the Account Holder's spam/junk folder.
The welcome email will come from: email@example.com and will look similar to the sample below:
The Account Holder will need to click "log in" to be brought to the platform. They then will choose a password before logging in.
Once the Account Holder has set up their account in Riverside Score, they will be able to add other staff/users to the online scoring and reporting platform. Account Holders are encouraged to review the Resources Tab of Riverside Score once they sign in to review the tutorial and quick reference guides on how to navigate the platform.
If your organization already has Riverside Score:
If you are a practitioner/staff member working at an organization that already has Riverside Score compatible products (e.g., WJ IV, BDI-3, WMLS III), you will need to contact your organization's Account Holder to gain access to the Riverside Score online scoring and reporting platform. Riverside Insights' staff cannot add or remove staff members to an organization's Riverside Score account.
Once you are added, you will receive a similar welcome email:
*Note that WJ IV and WMLS III Administrators also can add examiners to the WJ IV online scoring and reporting platform.
*Note that BDI-3 users with "add staff" permissions can add users to the BDI-3 online scoring and reporting platform.
