Depending on a user's email account security settings (often set by their organization), emails sent by Riverside Insights may land in the spam/junk folder


To avoid this, users are advised to reach out to their Information Technology (IT) department to have Riverside Insights added to the safe sender list.  


The following email addresses may need to be added to the safe sender list:
