An account holder is retiring or is no longer associated with the account, and a new one needs to be assigned to the account.

The process of Account Holder changes can take approximately 3-5 business days. 

Account Holders can also add a Secondary Account Holder before they leave their organization. 

By adding a Secondary Account Holder, you are giving that person the right to add/edit/review all of the following for your organization:
