Role: Administrators, Account Holders
Users can be deactivated when they no longer need access to Riverside Score. Users CANNOT be deleted

Go to the Administration tools
- Hover over the Administration tab, then Examiners, and then select Search/Edit
Find the user
- Enter the name in the criteria fields and select Search
If you do not recall exact spelling, enter a few letters to narrow down the results. You do not need to populate all three fields.
Edit the user
- Select the Edit action icon for the user to be deactivated
Change the Status and Save
- Set the status to inactive then select save to commit the changes
