If one of the users within Woodcock-Johnson® IV cannot perform a necessary action, check that their account has been created with the correct role. There are three different roles within WJ IV®, and each has its own permissions attached to the roles.
- Secondary Account Holder (same permissions as Account Holder)
- Administrator
- Examiner
