• A power outage has occurred and interrupted testing.


  • Resume testing when power is restored. If testing resumes on the same day, you can re-use the session and pick up where you left off. If testing is to occur on another day, you can recreate the session and get a new session code for the same subtest and pick up where you left off.

You will need to reapprove the students when they log in with a new session code. In some cases.
