Issue

• You are attempting to enter a score into a field in any one of the test records but the value is not being accepted.

Resolution

• When selecting each field to enter a raw score, a light blue bar appears above that indicates what the accepted range of values is for input. If you enter a value outside of this range, the value will be rejected and an error will appear indicating the issue.
