DataManager™ Remote Proctoring - Unexpected Error has Occurred

- A user received an error message because they started testing the student with "Remote Proctoring Portal" - ON for a session and now they are trying to log in the same student with a "Remote Proctoring Portal" - OFF session.
- You cannot log a student into an RPP session, save and close and then attempt to log the student into a non-RPP session. A user cannot switch from one session type to another in the middle of the session. If the student hasn’t answered any questions in the subtest yet, you may contact Riverside Technical Support and request that the subtest be canceled for the student in the interest of testing the student in the preferred mode.
