We Are Doing Remote Proctoring and I am Unable to Approve My Student

- You are unable to approve students for testing while using the Remote Proctoring Portal
- A student's video feed must be live before they can be approved. Hover over the students' video feed and press play. Once the live feed begins, you will be able to approve the student.
- Chrome may not display the Play/Pause button. You should be able to click anywhere on the video and it will begin.
