Issue

  • The Secure Student Browser's screen is stuck and/or it is showing a black or white screen.

Resolution

  • Exit the Secure Student Browser by using the three key combination to exit.
  • Windows - Shift + Ctrl + Q
  • Mac - Command + Shift + Q
  • Chromebook - Shift + Tab + Q
