During the course of setting up an event, you may find that you had selected an incorrect roster and would like to change it. Depending on how far along you are with the set up you may be able to take a few steps to correct it. 



Note: No edits to an event can be made once testing has begun in the event. If changes are needed, STOP all testing, Delete the event and create a new one. 



How To Switch Rosters

Scenarios

Event is created but no assignments made

  • Select Assessments from the menu and then select Test Events


  • Find the Test Event and Select Manage


  • Select Edit to the right of the event name.


  • Change the TEST EVENT ROSTER by selecting a new one. Then Select Save



Event is created and assignments are made


  • Select Assessments from the menu and then select Test Events


  • Find the test event and Select Assign


  • For each of the assignments, Select Manage under Actions


  • Select Delete this test assignment in the Other Actions card

Once you have completed this step for each of the assignments made you can then go to the first step to change the roster



Event is created, assignments are made and a test session was created but no testing has occurred


  • Select the Proctoring application from the Proctoring/Scanning menu


  • Locate the sessions that were created for the event and select the red X under the Actions column to delete the session.


Once you have completed this step you can proceed to remove assignments
