When an Account Holder or Administrator creates an account for a user, an activation email is sent to that user. This activation email will come from riversidescore@clinical.riverside-insights.com, and needs to be activated within 24hrs of the account being created.


New accounts and first time purchasers will receive their credentials via email approximately 5-7 business days after we receive your completed order form.


1. Verify you have been added to the account by the administrator. 
2. Check your spam/junk folder for an activation email.
3. If you have not received your activation email  you can request a new one by utilizing the Forgot my password link under the sign in button at riversidescore.com
4. If you still do not see an email, talk to your network administrator to whitelist riversidescore@clinical.riverside-insights.com 



Once you've activated your account you will be automatically signed in the first time. You can log back in any time after logging out and navigating away from the site by visiting riversidescore.com and entering your Username and your Password in the fields to Sign in.





If you would like to store your login information, so it’s quicker and easier to login in the future, check the box next to Remember Me before signing in. The next time you access or open the application, the Username box will already be populated, and, depending on your browser privacy settings, the Password box may also be populated
