We have noticed that some districts using the Admin Console Solution via G-Suite may have some settings that can interfere with testing. Please follow these directions to turn off the device throttling setting that is built into the admin console.
Sign in to your Google Admin console using an administrator account.
From the Admin console home page, go to Device Management
To see Device management, you may have to click More Controls at the bottom
At the top right corner of the page, you will notice three dots lined up atop each other. Click it to get to the Chrome Device Setting Options and CLick Chrome Device Settings.
Scroll towards the bottom to find the Throttle Device Bandwidth option. Turn this off or increase the upload and download speeds to help with online testing.
